1st2spain began life as a small web page selling properties around Javea and the Jalon Valley. This area expanded dramatically to include Valencia all the way down south to Almeria, we then added the inland areas up to 1 1/2 hours from the coast literally covering thousands of square miles.

1st2spain has now began to concentrate on new eco friendly build systems bringing eco friendly property construction to Spain, a long time overdue in our opinion. Highly insulated cheap to run, quick to build villas in a country renowned for highly un-insulated and for ever to build property market.

1st2spain has spent the last 18 months researching and visiting several manufacturers throughout europe to finally achieve what we believe is the most eco friendly rapid build system in Spain. The cost is very similar to traditional build systems, the build time is amazingly quick, we can build a single storey 100m2 villa in 60 days!! start to finish!! saving weeks even months of labour charges.
