We have a choice of three ECO build systems. Thermocellit build blocks using the latest clay thermal honeycombed blocks, ICF, and Ytong blocks . All our systems can offer the latest eco friendly techniques. Solar power, geo thermal power, grey water systems even waterless toilets..All our builds have the same high quality finish as standard (see our specifications).

The PSS group SL, of which 1st2spain are members, will start this eco friendly villa early in the new year. It will be 190m2 villa with pool and garage. Built using environmentally friendly Thermocellit blocks. High thermal insulation blocks enabling structures to be built within days! This new eco friendly villa under construction with regular diary updates and photos is a first for new villas on the Costa Blanca. Project 2 Penaguila Due to start Late February.

This Villa is being built in Penaguila on 10,000m2 plot.

Being built on a flat plot easy foundations, no bedrock. This system has a concrete foundation, Vertical re inforced concrete pillars support the walls filling the voids with a smaller Thermocellit block and heavy duty insulation, The vertical pillars will be hidden when complete. A ring beam is constructed on the pillars supporting the roof. The walls support nothing.A very fast build system and perfect for contemporary modern design Villas.This Villa is of 120m2. This took less than a week to get to this level Late February- The following pictures were taken 19th March 2008 less than 3 weeks later and the roof is on and most the external walls are up. The inside was actually being plastered on the 19th of March.
